Objective:
OBU developed a Newsprint Management System which can help newspaper print mills to better manage inventory, printing process, and other fixed costs. The target market they are facing is very conservative to new technologies. OBU needed to find a way to send a product knowledge training material to the market.

Solution:
Our suggestion is to create an auto-play CD containing all the materials in Flash format. Flash Player has over 90% of the installation rate among PCs.

The CD originally was divided into 3 sections. The first section is a fully animated Production Knowledge Training Flash movie. The second section explains how one of the key devices works and why it will help to lower the costs in a slideshow fashion. The last section contains another key device in action in a slow-motion video clip.

Result:
OBU America received enthusiastic feedbacks from both news print mills and OBU headquarter. We continuously created another 3 succession versions.
