Objective:
Long time Richmond based developer Bogner Development Group Ltd. was trying to explore a new method to presale their new project SOMA Lofts.

Solution:
Our 3D artists pre-built the condo in 3D virtual environment according to blue prints and design drafts. Our team also built a virtual penthouse. Its window views were the real view that the future residents will see taken by our unique blimp aerial photographer.

Result:
We always hope our works will bring the maximum benefit to the clients. In this project, SOMA saved tens of thousands of dollars not only from not having to build a showroom and card board model, but also from avoiding design mistakes that we discovered during the development of the virtual building. 80% of the suites were sold before the groundbreaking of the condo.
