Objective:
Around 80% of the students of this program register their
courses online. This fact makes the administrators started
to consider changing the function of their website, especially
for marketing purposes.
Results:
After came to understand their needs, we proposed to make
this website not only a marketing tool, but also a “Student
Relationship,” and Facility Booking Tool. We designed a clean
appearance that is easy to navigate, and with a dynamic calendar
where students can find the needed information effortlessly.
Stand-alone HTTP (website) server and database server also
make sure the intranet is safe.
Burnaby School District used to have problems in managing
the bookings of their facilities. The Facility Booking Tool
will help to eliminate the conflicts.
